Property Maintenance Partners has done exceptional work for us on two different homes, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly. At our previous property, they completely remodeled the entire upper floor—bathrooms, kitchen, and even structural changes. They removed a wall to open up the space, installed beautiful new flooring throughout, and the finished result looked stunning. They also transformed our fireplace, giving it a clean, updated look that really elevated the whole living area. More recently, in our new home, they took on a full renovation of an old bathroom. They stripped everything down to the studs and installed a beautiful curbless walk-in shower. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality were outstanding. Every project they’ve done for us has exceeded expectations. They are professional, skilled, and incredibly reliable. Highly recommend PMP. They helped out with a full lower level remodel with  foundation work and sewer line replacement, moving and upgrading a bathroom and laundry, adding a shower, upgrading and moving a water heater, laying ceramic tile on what had been an uneven concrete slab (not easy!), and building a new deck. Michael did an amazing job with all aspects of finishing the interior of our building. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled in all aspects of our renovation including special requests we made to give it a unique look. We hired PMP to re-do our 5 piece master bathroom.  They did an excellent job and communicated all steps clearly and updated us through out the process for any delays, arrival times of workers, etc.  They worked with our design plans and assisted in choosing tile and flooring.   Job done on schedule and love the results.  We got prompt response with a shower door issue after installation.  We also had PMP replace all of our main level floors and molding and again were very happy with results.
